In fact, given the large range of monofilaments available with variations based on their physical, mechanical and aesthetic characteristics, we endeavour to work closely with the client in order to find the right product based on specific needs and uses. In the cleaning products sector, different kinds of materials are used for the production of fibres: PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is without a doubt the most useful, versatile and easiest to work with.

Fili&Forme’s manufacturing equipment, complete with sophisticated surveying and monitoring systems are up and running 24 hours a day. We pay particular attention to the use of environmentally-friendly and non-toxic raw materials and strive to use the most innovative and cutting edge options available on the market. Emissions generated during the production cycle, in the work environment and the atmosphere, are considerably lower than the minimum levels set by current regulations.

RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT |
Fili&Forme places a strong emphasis on being an environmentally conscious business and given the large availability of recycled materials on the national market, we have been able to create recyclable formulas. Thanks to a joint effort with our own technicians and suppliers, Fili&Forme has found recycled materials that may be used in low-value-added products whilst still maintaining a high quality finished product, such as black piassava fibres imitation. All waste material from the production cycle is carefully selected, mixed with additives and reused. Our production does not generate waste needing to be dumped.
